Unbundled Representation:
- For parties who prepare their own pleadings in proper person.
Pricing:
- Set fee of $2,500 for the preparation of the initial pleading (i.e. complaint, answer, motion, opposition) and appearance at 2 court hearings (Not including evidentiary hearings, trials or settlement conferences).
- Hourly rate at $300 / hour with a minimum retainer of $4,000 (Retainer is due up front. The retainer is not a set fee and not a minimum / maximum fee. It’s just like a security deposit.)
- Prompt credit payment discounts available.
- 3 ways of typical charge for unbundled representation:
- Set fee for unbundled appearance for hearing.
- Larger set fee to prepare the initial paper work and appear on behalf of client.
- $525 per court appearance for parties that prepare own paperwork and just want an attorney to argue on their behalf at the hearing.
We offer representation on a hearing-by-hearing basis.
